Bought my first new Honda from Jeffery Honda a couple of weeks back. Paul S. was on top of everything from the start and made the purchase quick and easy. I highly recommend and i'm looking forward to returning for my first oil change.

I took my daughter's car for a no start situation. It was the PCM and these guys were amazing. They let me purchase my own part to save money they gave me a discount on already very reasonable labor. I highly recommend them! I won't be taking my Honda's anywhere else!

We had a previous service that was less than stellar in the past. We filled out a survey and let the service department know why we were unsatisfied. The service manager, Todd Thompson responded directly and offered a free oil change if we would give them another chance. Very impressed. Mr. Thompson handled everything personally and ensured we were happy with the service.

I took my Honda element in for a safety recall on the passenger side airbag. what was supposed to be done at no cost mushroomed into a very large repair bill which I thought was unfair. what happened next is why I have bought two cars from Jeffrey Honda and drive Hondas for the rest of my life. Ryan Seidler, the service rep, spent many hours on the phone with Honda trying to make this right and Honda ended up picking up 75% of the total cost. But Ryan thought this wasn't enough so he went to his own bosses there at Jeffrey with this and they picked up another 15% of the cost. Ryan still felt that he would not want to be treated this way if it were his car. We ended up paying $ 89 out of pocket. But Ryan came back with two complimentary oil changes and a tire rotation reducing our net cost to zero.
