Ryan is the only service guy I will go to. I have called a couple of times with questions and he has no problems answering them. I went in for an oil change and I was in and out in 30 minutes.

I was treated well and received excellent service when I brought my car in for maintenance, as well as a dead battery. Gil was wonderful to deal with. He was very professional and friendly, and clearly explained what services were needed and why. I was pleased with my encounter at Jeffrey, and would highly recommend this dealership.

I have been leasing my vehicles here for the past 8 years and Melissa has been awesome everytime! I made a mistake on my last vehicle going through another dealership and I felt like they ripped me off! I would recommend this dealership to anyone who need a new vehicle, they will work with you and help you out with what they can and they have ways made me feel like I was valued and they kept in my of my needs. Car sales people get a bad rap. Randy made the entire process painless. It started 6 weeks ago when I stopped by to check out an Accord. After answering all of my questions he advised me to wait a month to wait for better rates & prices. I returned with my wife last week, test drove one and bought it. The entire process went very smoothly. I'll be back in 10 years and I hope Randy hasn't retired.
